Bob has built and scaled companies across multiple industries, including as President of Crown Financial Ministries and CEO/President of three global organizations. Before entering the private sector, he served over six years in the U.S. Air Force, rising to Captain.
He brings diverse expertise to his leadership, from board service and global speaking engagements to guest appearances on radio and TV. Bob has been helping people with their careers, personal finances, and retirements for over two decades and authored two books on these topics, The Leap: Launching Your Full-Time Career in Our Part-Time Economy and Love Your Work: 4 Practical Ways to Pivot to Your Best Career. He is also the host of Taking the Leap Podcast where he interviews CEOs and thought leaders from around the world.
Bob holds a bachelor's from the University of Tennessee, a master's in engineering from the University of Arkansas, and graduated from Harvard Business School's Executive Education Program. He has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) since 2008.
Bob and his wife, Brandi, have been happily married for 30 years and are parents to six children and are proud grandparents of a grandson! They live in Knoxville, Tennessee, where Brandi enjoys photography and Bob competes in Spartan Races.

Cody Newton, Vice President – Operations/Sales
Cody Newton is a devoted family man, married for 21 years and a proud father of five children. For over two decades, he has pursued entrepreneurship across multiple industries, always driven by a passion for creating opportunity. His true calling lies in helping others set and achieve meaningful goals. This passion led him to the financial services industry, where he found a deep sense of purpose.
Cody was struck by how many families were unprepared for retirement and lacked a plan to pass down wealth to future generations. Motivated by this gap, he committed himself to educating and guiding others toward financial stability. Today, he is honored to lead and support a team of hundreds of agents across the country. Together, they help clients save, protect, plan, and build toward their financial goals.
Cody’s work is rooted in service, integrity, and long-term impact. He continues to dedicate his life to empowering families with the tools and knowledge they need to create lasting legacies.
Tymber Lee, Director - Administration
Tymber Lee is a dedicated entrepreneur whose passion for business is matched only by his commitment to faith and family. His early drive for competition, teamwork, and success led him to Wichita State University as a student-athlete, culminating in his selection as a pitcher in the Major League Baseball draft by the Anaheim Angels.
After his baseball career, Tymber specialized in commercial investment properties and industrial sales and leasing. This foundation inspired the creation of The Lee Companies, which owns, operates, and invests in a diverse array of businesses across the United States. Notably, the firm has partnered in developing and managing sports and recreation parks nationwide, including over 30 indoor trampoline parks and other multi-state franchises.
Most recently, Tymber has directed his entrepreneurial energy toward the financial services industry. He has helped build a corporate system that enables aspiring entrepreneurs to launch new careers while empowering individuals to create personalized financial plans, preparing and protecting their families for an uncertain future. Tymber resides in Wichita, Kansas, with his wife, Jennifer, of 19 years and their four active children.
Joe Darkangelo, Director – Sales
Joe Darkangelo is a seasoned Safe Money Consultant and Life Insurance Agent with Summit Life Team. With decades of experience in sales and sales management, he brings extensive knowledge and a client-first approach to every interaction. A longtime entrepreneur, Joe is passionate about helping individuals and families safeguard their financial futures through secure, strategic solutions.
Joe attended Eastern Michigan University. He has been happily married for 34 years and is the proud father of two children and grandfather to two grandchildren. A former reserve police officer, he retired as a firefighter and EMT a few years ago. In his spare time, Joe enjoys playing guitar, pickleball, and traveling.
Spencer Lee, Director – Sales
Born and raised in Kansas, Spencer Lee now resides in his hometown of Andover with his family. Married to his wife, Tricia, since 2008, they are proud parents of three children. After building a successful career in the homebuilding industry, Spencer witnessed the devastating impact of the 2008 market downturn, where many companies and individuals lost more than half of their retirement savings. This experience ignited his passion for helping people save, protect, and achieve their financial goals, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding their futures.
